A small safari camp located in the Meru area in northern Kenya, Ikweta Safari Camp offers modest tented accommodation set among lush grounds, surrounded by wonderful wilderness. There is a reeded communal area that encloses a comfortable dining and sitting space, opening up to a small swimming pool and surrounded by lush grounds. Rooms
12 canvas tents stand in wild surroundings, spacious inside and each containing a double bed or twin beds and a small writing table. The screeded floor is complemented by tall curtains that cover large windows set in the canvas walls. En-suite bathrooms contain a sink, toilet and shower plus simple amenities and a small verandah gives guests the chance to sit in silence and absorb the surrounding nature.
